The traditional organization is managed from the top and operated from the bottom driving a vicious cycle of firefighting that many call management. If organizations are to maximize their profitability and create stability, we must flip the organizational hierarchy by leading and managing from the front line.
My Philosophy
Stability on the front line is leverage on the bottom line.
The difference between operational existence and operational excellence is the foundation upon which the organization is built. The foundation that our organizations are built upon has begun to settle. The organizational Vision, Methodology, and desired Culture has changed; however, the foundational renovations have not been made to support the transformation. It’s Renovation Time!
My Mission
My mission is to end management and lean implementation failure. I choose to be a vessel to develop leaders towards their purpose so that organizations can be the employer and supplier they vision themselves to be.
